I've been experimenting lately with changing my eating habits and one of the challenges I wanted to try is to eat like a vegan for at least one week and see how my body feels. One of the biggest problems in this endeavor is finding the right foods to eat.This is a veganism recipe book which I found and liked. It contains 30 healthy recipes with some interesting and tasty combinations I never heard of before (Coconut Spinach and Chickpeas, or Avocado and Carrot soup). Beside the recipes there were also some tips on overcoming bad eating habits which I found useful.
I will definitely try some of these recipes because my goal with regards to optimal health is to have my diet consist of mainly plant-based food. Overall, I think any vegan (or someone who wants to become one) will find this book useful.

Some of the recipes are really helpful. A person looking to manage his weight must try this book.
Exactly what I needed. Bought this book with an open mind and realized pretty quickly that my eating habits were not only unhealthy, but were probably not even my fault. These habits are a result of the world we live in today. I followed the recipes in this book and immediately started to feel better. I have way more energy today then any other time in my life. All from replacing my eating habits into positive ones.

This book shows you how to eat healthy, stay healthy and how to replace bad habits. I like the Authors honesty when he say that it is not an overnight solution becoming healthy but he gives clear steps in helping you to get there which are more lasting. This book gives you a good beginning with the super vegan recipes.
I do have a few favourite recipes which are the Coconut spinach and chickpeas; Bean and Mushroom "Meat"-balls with chard.
